Marketing agency Fortune P. is looking for a Chief Editor to be responsible for quality content within the planned volume.
Format — part-time employment, 10–15 hours per week.
What you will do:
Working with texts and authors:
- Review and refine texts after authors, accept them, and fact-check them before publication — make texts useful and interesting for the reader
- Assign tasks to authors, control volume and quality
- Maintain editorial policy and content plan
- Suggest relevant news leads
Strategy and development:
- Define the strategy and development directions together with editors and the product manager
- Balance business goals and audience interests
- Test and improve texts, work on the product and content projects
Analytics and engagement:
- Work on user engagement and retention through content
- Track key metrics: CTR, time on page, returns
Requirements:
- Experience in sports media — this is the most important thing, without it, it's impossible
- Ability to make texts interesting and understandable for a wide audience
- Interest in analytics: readiness to work with performance indicators
What is offered:

- Piece-rate payment — for each reviewed text, the amount is discussed during the interview
