**⚡️ Mandatory requirements for application:
• Experience in developing mathematical models for slot games or other RNG games
**• Deep understanding of **RTP, volatility, hit rate, bonus hit rate, max exposure, paytable design ** • Ability to design the game experience through mathematics
• Strong foundation in probability theory, mathematical statistics, discrete mathematics
• Proficient Python (numpy, pandas, scipy)
• Mandatory experience as a mathematician/game designer ** in iGaming
** 🔻 You:

• Can balance the base game, bonus rounds, free spins, and additional mechanics
• Verify the correctness of mathematical models and find anomalies
• Understand how parameters affect player experience and retention
• Develop user behavior analytics and adapt mechanics
• Create games that are not only mathematically correct but also interesting for the player
• Plus: experience in product metrics analysis, ML/Data Science, working with ClickHouse/Airflow

— Develop mathematical models for fast games
— Calculate and adjust RTP, volatility, hit frequency, bonus frequency, max win, paytable
— Design the balance of game mechanics
— Verify model correctness and monitor for anomalies
— Analyze engagement and adapt mechanics based on data
