We are now looking for a Product Designer for our in-house product IdaLite – we will generate ideas together, work with research, and create the best solutions in the real estate market :)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing the Agent's Personal Account within the Ida.Lite product;
• Training design engineers (assisting with assembly, but done by them);
• Generating hypotheses and ideas for the development of the constructor;
• Mentoring a junior designer on the project.

• Work with Figma;
• AI content generation;
• Vibe coding (simple level — ideas);
• Visual awareness (middle level for products and UI);
• Optional — understanding how Tilda works;
• Good systemic and critical thinking — we will study the PropTech sphere and products, work with data and requirements, generate ideas;
• Openness to communication and information seeking;
• Ability to design interfaces through user flows;
• Proactivity and love for design.
