☑️Our stack and culture: React 19, TypeScript, Redux, CSS Modules, Vite/Webpack, Storybook; A mature CI/CD pipeline. We rely on automation: Unit, Integration, E2E and Visual Regression tests; We are developing our own design system and believe that quality React is impossible without a deep understanding of DOM and CSS.

☑️What you will be doing: -Optimizing rendering, working with Core Web Vitals and Critical Rendering Path; -Creating complex animations and interactives (GSAP, Framer Motion) that don't lag on low-end devices; -Analyzing trade-offs when choosing between CSS and JS solutions. We are looking for an approach based on understanding browser mechanics, not habits; -Going through code reviews where layout and semantics are checked as thoroughly as business logic.

☑️We expect you to: -Have commercial experience in React and TypeScript development for at least 3 years. -Deeply understand JavaScript and the execution environment: Event Loop, asynchronous operations, memory model. -Be proficient in CSS: know modern standards (Flex, Grid), methodologies (CSS Modules), and be able to create responsive layouts. -Know key Browser API: Storage, Cookies, Network (Fetch/WebSocket), as well as APIs for performance and animations (RAF, IntersectionObserver, etc.). -Write clean, maintainable code, follow design principles. -Be familiar with build tools (Webpack, Vite). -Have experience with architectural patterns and designing scalable frontend applications. -Be able to decompose complex tasks and estimate timelines. -Be ready to justify your technical decisions during code reviews and accept constructive criticism. -Be result-oriented, but not at the expense of code quality.

☑️Not required, but cool if you: -Understand web performance principles: know how to work with Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP), optimize bundles and the critical rendering path. -Know the basics of frontend security: understand the nature of XSS and CSRF, know how to safely handle user data and comply with CSP. -Understand the importance of testing: have experience writing Unit, Integration, or E2E tests. -Are familiar with CI/CD pipeline configuration tools. -Have English language proficiency at the level of reading technical documentation (B1+ will be an advantage). -Are targeting candidates at the middle level and above (from 2 years of experience), we will also consider junior developers with less experience but with a desire to actively develop in the profession.
