🚀 Affiliate Team Lead (iGaming)
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Team Lead to scale and grow our affiliate program.
📌 Requirements: • 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming) • Experience in a Lead / Senior role • Mandatory experience with CIS, Europe, Africa, or Asia markets • Strong affiliate network • Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models and key metrics (FTD, NGR, LTV, ARPU)
📌 Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the affiliate team • Drive partner acquisition and growth • Manage key affiliate accounts • Negotiate high-value deals • Optimize performance and traffic quality
