Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Cobalt Lab team.

We are developing a digital gaming product with its own virtual economy, game mechanics, and a large active audience. We are looking for someone who can make product decisions based on data and wants to directly influence the product's development.

Responsibilities: • Launching and developing product mechanics. • Analyzing user scenarios and the product funnel. • Testing hypotheses through analytics and A/B tests. • Prioritizing the roadmap and assigning tasks to the team. • Analyzing results after launch and further product development.

Requirements: • Product Manager work experience. • Data-driven approach to decision-making. • Understanding of product metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPU, Conversion, etc.). • Experience with analytics and testing product hypotheses. • Ability to deliver tasks from idea to result.

Will be a plus: • Experience in gaming / iGaming / high-load products. • Familiarity with Rust, CS2, or game economics. • Experience with Amplitude, GA, Metabase, SQL, or similar tools.
