Description
The internship involves working on the creation of new and optimization of existing AI agents (with a focus on working with databases and preparing analytical materials), used in Sber CIB's analytical products.
The flagship product is the "Ivanov Consumer Index" research, as well as an AI agent for working with the Ivanov Index database. Within the framework of this product, early macroeconomic indicators are calculated on a quarterly basis, consumer preferences are researched, tactical and strategic competitive advantages of public companies are identified, and high-quality forecasts are made for sectors (retail, TMT, Finance, Real Estate, Transport, etc.) based on these.
The research results are also used to determine the investment attractiveness of issuers covered by Sell-side Research. The main users of this product are institutional investors.
Responsibilities
- Expanding the functionality of the AI agent developed for the flagship Ivanov Index product, as well as maintaining its database (updating, optimizing a number of processes, etc.);
- Developing AI agents for other analytical products;
- Adapting existing AI agents to work with various databases, synchronizing the work of AI agents.
Requirements
- Higher technical education with good preparation in mathematics and algorithms, (incomplete is acceptable);
- Good knowledge of Python and machine learning libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch;
- Basic knowledge of statistics and machine learning algorithms;
- Confident English for reading and analyzing scientific articles and documentation;
- Experience with Git.
