Data Engineer DWH We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer / DWH Developer to work on analytical systems in the financial domain. We need a practical specialist who can quickly immerse themselves in the subject area, build a stable data model, and take on tasks for the development and support of the analytical data warehouse. The project is focused on working with data from credit organizations, with an emphasis on data quality, metric transparency, and analytical convenience. Key Responsibilities: • Design and development of analytical data warehouse (DWH) • Development of data models (fact / dimension, aggregates) • Building ETL / ELT processes for data loading and transformation • Development of analytical data marts and BI models • Working with financial data (loans, payments, delinquency, clients, products) • Ensuring data quality, consistency, and historicity • Optimization of queries, data models, and indicator calculations • Interaction with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to formalize requirements Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Data / DWH development • Solid SQL knowledge • Practical experience in building DWH / analytical systems • Understanding of data modeling approaches (Star Schema, Fact / Dimension) • Experience in developing ETL / ELT processes • Understanding of principles for building analytical reporting and BI • Experience with one or more analytical DBMS (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric / Synapse) • Understanding of the differences between OLTP and OLAP systems • Ability to design robust and understandable data models Will be a plus: • Experience in the financial domain (banks, MFOs, fintech) • Experience in building reports on credit portfolios (disbursements, repayments, delinquency, collection, cohort and vintage analysis) • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Superset, Metabase) • Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt) • Experience using Python for data processing • Understanding of Data Quality, Data Governance, and data historization principles We offer: • Full-time employment • Office-based work format in Tashkent. • Work on an analytical platform in the fintech domain with a direct impact on the business • A strong product and technical team • Opportunity for professional growth in Data / DWH architecture
