📌 Our Expectations: – 4–5 years of experience as a business, system, or risk analyst; – experience in banking, fintech, or credit risk; – understanding of the full credit process (application → decision → issuance); – understanding of scoring models, cut-off strategies, and customer segmentation; – experience with decision engines / rule-based systems; – experience in describing business processes and business logic; – proficient in BPMN, process diagrams, and structured requirements documentation; – basic SQL knowledge; – experience interacting with business, risk technologists, and development teams.
