Corporate Travel & Visa Manager — Remote

We are looking for a Corporate Travel & Visa Manager for a financially stable international company that is hiring for the long term (company details will be shared at the interview; we operate under an NDA).

This is a fully hands-on role: you will take full responsibility for the entire cycle of visas and travel for company employees — not just logging requests, but personally managing visas (with a focus on CIS passport specifics), flight tickets, hotels, and transfers.

Requirements:

• Strong, up-to-date hands-on experience in visas (key requirement)
• Real experience in organizing trips for a significant number of people to various countries (not personal/family trips)
• English proficiency from B2; fluent Russian is a plus
• Willingness to undertake ~5 business trips per year plus one multi-week company-wide gathering
