Workcraft helps teams make their work explicit enough to delegate, automate, and scale. We map the workflow first, then build the workspace and AI layer around it.
This is a part-time freelance contractor role supporting client projects—not a full-time employee position. Hours will vary based on project needs.
You’ll support active client implementations under Dave’s direction. Most assignments will start with an approved workflow map, workspace outline, or build specification. Your job is to turn that direction into a clean build, test it, document it, and respond quickly to feedback.
This role fits someone who already knows their way around Notion and wants more experience building serious client work. You do not need to arrive as a senior consultant. You do need to care about structure, naming, edge cases, and the person who has to use the workspace after handoff.

Helpful, not required: Notion certification, experience with Codex or Claude Code, familiarity with the Notion API, and experience documenting workflows or training a team.

A polished dashboard cannot rescue a confusing workflow. We care about whether the database structure holds up, the right person sees the right information, and the client can use the workspace without asking where everything goes.
