Our team is working on creating AI agents and skills for the Sber virtual assistant family. Our goal is to teach AI assistants to answer customer questions and help them solve everyday tasks. We are planning to expand our scenario writer team and are looking for a candidate who will work with us to improve the customer journey by developing Sber's AI assistants. This candidate will also be able to create scripts and scenarios in SmartCare.

Responsibilities

What will be included in the business scenario writer's responsibilities:

• research and analyze customer experience, look for ways to improve the work of AI assistants;
• write dialogues, answer texts for AI assistants;
• prepare dialogue diagrams in MS Visio and other tools (we'll teach you!);
• work together with developer colleagues to develop integrations with banking systems so that AI assistants know the answers to many questions;
• think through hypotheses and launch pilots, summarize their results;
• negotiate and coordinate skills with colleagues from other departments;
• work with developers to understand the technological capabilities for AI assistants, look for ways to prevent and correct errors.

Requirements

We expect you:

• have at least 6 months of experience working with clients (any field);
• will consistently meet target performance indicators for at least 3 months;
• have competent oral and written communication skills;
• experience participating in pilots, customer experience research, lean labs, or bot development in any channels will be a plus;
• know how to analyze dashboards, draw conclusions, and make suggestions based on the analysis;
• have experience preparing reports and presentations;
• have no violations of labor discipline (we also consider sick leave).
