Head of Support | Crypto Exchange | Warsaw

We are looking for a strong Head of Support for a crypto exchange project.

The support processes are already established — the task is to take control of operations, build discipline, and ensure stable work of the support team.

What is important: • experience in customer support (fintech / crypto / payments) • team management experience of 5+ people • understanding of payment processes and transactions • understanding of crypto processes • experience with compliance / verification requests • confident English

Will be a plus: • experience with Sumsub • experience in crypto exchange / PSP / EMI • experience in high-risk projects • experience in Forex

Tasks: • management of the support team (6 people) • quality control and SLA monitoring • working with users and merchants • analyzing and escalating complex cases • control of fiat / crypto transaction processing • interaction with finance and compliance teams • maintaining order in processes and chats

Format: • office, Warsaw • schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00–19:00
