Job Title: Support Engineer L3 / Junior Devops

Our product "Pay the World" is a fintech solution that allows instant issuance of virtual cards for paying for foreign services and purchases abroad. Users can pay for subscriptions, make online purchases, travel, and manage their finances without restrictions.

We are now looking for an L3 Technical Support Engineer for our team.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitoring of infrastructure (Linux, Docker, services)
• Receiving tasks from the 2nd line: reproduce → diagnose → resolve or escalate
• Analyzing service errors (logs, metrics) and creating bug reports for developers with reproduction steps
• On-call duty for alerts, incident resolution according to runbooks
• Monitoring using Grafana, Loki, and metrics
• Assistance with CI/CD (GitLab, runners)
• Documenting processes and incidents

Candidate Expectations

• Proficient in Linux: processes, systemd, network, logs, permissions
• Docker + docker-compose
• Git, basic understanding of CI/CD
• Knowledge of SQL queries
• Ability to clearly describe a problem: reproduce, collect logs, format a bug report
• English at the level of reading technical documentation
• Ability to work with AI tools — primarily Claude Code

Will be a plus

• Monitoring: Prometheus / VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, Loki, Alertmanager
• Experience with Yandex Cloud
• Ansible, Nginx, Python
• VPN: Tailscale / OpenVPN, LDAP
• Experience with Yandex Tracker
