Vacancy: Support Engineer / SRE (L2/L3) Company: Selecty (KA) Format: **hybrid Moscow (office for probation period)📍 Employment: full-time Salary: 🪙230,000 - 260,000 net under Labor Code ** (higher for sole proprietor)

The team is engaged in technical support and development of a high-load banking information system. This is not a classic user Help Desk: you will work at the L2/L3 level, handle technical incidents, analyze system and infrastructure performance, work with Kubernetes, Kafka, monitoring, releases, and integrations. The scope of responsibility includes the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of the production system.

➕Responsibilities:

Resolve technical issues for users and data quality control staff; Analyze requests, identify problem causes, and register defects; Interact with system analysts, developers, and other IT teams; Diagnose problems in production; Provide temporary solutions and participate in incident root cause elimination; Proactively analyze the system's state and external integrations using monitoring systems; Develop and improve monitoring and system status control processes; Support the system: install updates, perform configuration and administrative tasks; Participate in system, integration, and acceptance testing of releases; Perform scheduled maintenance; Participate in ensuring the system's high availability and fault tolerance; Participate in the development and regular review of the DRP plan; Work with incidents and requests within ITIL processes; Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base; Prepare reports on completed work; Participate in improving the system, infrastructure, and support processes.

⚡️Candidate Requirements:

Higher technical or engineering-economic education; Experience in technical support of information systems for at least 2 years, preferably in a bank, insurance company, or large corporation; Solid knowledge of SQL; Knowledge of relational DBMS; Experience with Linux and Windows; Experience with Kubernetes / K8S; Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, Ansible; Experience with ELK and Grafana; Experience with Kafka; Experience with HashiCorp Vault; Understanding of GitOps approach; Experience supporting high-load systems; Experience with IIS / JBoss / Tomcat web servers; Programming or scripting experience for automation; Understanding of modern IT technologies and principles of distributed systems; Experience working with information systems in a heterogeneous environment; Basic understanding of ITIL; Experience with HP Service Manager or similar IT process management systems.

*️⃣Will be a plus: Experience with Spring Framework; Experience in automating routine operations; Experience participating in the development and testing of DRP/Disaster Recovery solutions; Practical experience in developing monitoring and observability systems.
