Responsibilities: Collect and formalize requirements from the business Describe processes (AS IS / TO BE) Assign tasks to development (user stories, acceptance criteria) Describe CRM logic: statuses, funnels, automations Participate in testing and result verification
Requirements: Understanding of business analysis Experience with CRM and telephony/call tracking systems. Ability to describe processes (diagrams, logic) Understanding of API / integrations Understanding of contact center processes and marketing funnels. Ability to structure and visually present analysis results. Will be an advantage:
• Experience in the automotive business, with official car dealers or in automotive industry companies. • Understanding of sales and car service business processes. • Experience participating in CRM, sales, or customer service automation projects in the automotive business.
