We're looking for an experienced Outreach Team Lead to build and scale a high-performing outreach function within an international digital marketing business operating in competitive global markets.

What you'll do: • Build and scale an outreach system across email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms. • Lead and mentor the outreach team, establishing efficient processes and maintaining high-quality execution. • Increase response rates, booked meetings, and successful partnerships. • Continuously optimize the outreach funnel and improve team performance through data-driven decisions.

What we're looking for: ✔️ Hands-on experience in outreach and link building. ✔️ Previous experience leading or mentoring an outreach team. ✔️ Strong understanding of cold outreach strategies and partnership development. ✔️ A process-oriented mindset with a focus on scaling and optimization.
