Legal support for corporate client lending transactions / Digitalization and automation of legal review within the credit process,
AI transformation of the department's business processes, participation in AI projects, the department's social projects.
Responsibilities
During the internship, you will:
- work with real cases of legal support for corporate client lending transactions;
- participate in the development of digital infrastructure for legal support;
- interact with cross-functional teams and find non-standard solutions for automating legal review;
- propose solutions aimed at AI transformation of business processes within the department;
- implement projects within the ESG agenda, including social projects.

Requirements
- higher legal education and/or higher IT education (full-time 4th-year undergraduate student, or master's student)
- ability to systematically analyze and apply Russian legislation in the field of corporate law, propose non-standard solutions and minimize legal risks
- analytical skills, knowledge of basic principles of logic, and confident command of standard office software (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project)
- developed communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams. Command of modern prototyping tools, LLM skills at the level of a confident user.
- fundamentals of workflow automation and programming, creative thinking
- experience in writing simple algorithms in Python/pseudoprogramming languages will be an advantage
- openness, proactiveness
