• Managing development: leading a cross-functional team using Scrum/Kanban without excessive bureaucracy. • Managing large clients: coordinating integrations and projects from Enterprise giants to SMBs. • Writing clear technical specifications: at the system analysis level (API, DB architecture, integration logic), so that developers have no questions. • Being good with numbers: extracting metrics via SQL, analyzing Unit Economics, and influencing Churn/Retention.
• PM experience of 3+ years (especially great if in B2B SaaS). • Strong hard skills: understanding of API, SQL, Postman, and how integrations work. • Ability to negotiate with both developers and complex business clients.
