Must have: • Flutter 4+ years, General dev 5+ years • Native Android/iOS ≥1 year - highly desirable • Managed a Flutter team (3+ people) ≥1 year • Architecture from scratch ≥2 projects • Product development ≥1 year (technical debt, releases, failures) • Performance optimization • REST/GraphQL/WebSocket + offline • Native modules (Platform Channels) • Tests (unit/widget/integration) • Modularity (melos) • CI/CD from scratch • ≥2 apps in the store • Experience with AI in development (Cursor/Claude/Copilot)
