Our team is responsible for the quality of sources provided for AI search. We are looking for an ML developer with a broad outlook and experience in modern NLP. You will improve retrieval quality and Context Engineering, and optimize the search stack without compromising quality.

The world is rapidly changing: more and more search scenarios are being handled by chat AI, and we are actively participating in this race. Modern AI, like Alice, not only answers from its memory but also actively searches for external sources from the internet — and the quality of the provided sources is critically important for a good answer.
