We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst who will become the key link between the business, clients, and development teams.

🙋♂️ Who we are looking for:

Our ideal candidate knows not just how to gather requirements, but how to build effective analysis processes, form a product vision, and lead an analytics team to successful results.

What is important in terms of experience and knowledge:

🔹 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; 🔹 Experience in the role of Lead or coordinator of an analytics team; 🔹 Deep understanding of the full software development life cycle; 🔹 Experience in analyzing and modeling business processes; 🔹 Experience in preparing project and analytical documentation; 🔹 Proficiency in BPMN, UML, User Flow, Use Case, User Story Mapping notations and other modeling tools; 🔹 Practical experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban; 🔹 English language at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level.
