System Analyst, Middle and Senior

Candidate Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation
- Solid understanding of data platform construction principles (DWH, OLAP, Data Lake, Lakehouse)
- Knowledge of data model design methodologies (Kimball, Data Vault), practical experience applying them for data model design
- Skills in working with large volumes of data (billions of records, TBs of data)
- Expert SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL)
- Understanding of principles and experience with MPP systems (GreenPlum, Clickhouse, Trino)
- Ability to analyze existing data flows, their dependencies (ETL/ELT, Airflow)
- Ability to systematize poorly structured requirements into data mart descriptions
- Strong communication skills for interacting with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators on an equal footing
- Experience in optimizing complex queries
- Fluent spoken and written Russian
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business needs for prepared data
- Preparing requirements regarding the methodology for calculating indicators
- Designing data models for presentation and detailed data layers
- Identifying relevant data sources, profiling data in sources, as well as within the data platform environment
- Developing algorithms for constructing data marts and detailed layer objects
- Developing data mart prototypes and coordinating them with consumers
- Supporting data mart development at all stages of the workflow: flow development, testing, UAT, handover to support, resolving 3rd-line support incidents
Conditions:
Full-time, 5/2.
Salary up to 250k rubles net.
