Experience in recruitment (iGaming / media buying is a big plus). Confident work with Huntflow, Notion, LinkedIn, Telegram, Boolean Search. Experience in hiring media buyers. Independence, initiative, ownership. Experience in mentoring or team management is a plus. English is a nice to have. Will be a plus: Experience in implementing automation and AI. Experience in writing regulations and strategies. Work with non-standard recruitment sources. Process: Pre-screen → HR Interview → Final Interview → Security Check → Offer.
