- Interacting with clients and partners during the implementation of SILA Union projects.
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for the platform.
- Analyzing the impact of user requirements on system functionality.
- Participating in the development of enterprise architecture documentation methodology, developing demonstration scenarios and models.
- Developing user scenarios.
- Backlog management, task prioritization.
- Supporting the development of technical specifications, project, and operational documentation.
- Supporting the development of interface mockups and acceptance of UX/UI designer's work.
- Supporting the solution development process: communication with development teams, monitoring the correctness of implementation.
- Supporting user testing of releases.
- Supporting the preparation of materials on system functionality (videos, articles, presentations).
What we expect from the candidate:
Mandatory: experience with BPM systems: ARIS, Business Studio, Camunda, Comindware, ELMA, Terrasoft/Creatio.
- Understanding of the enterprise architecture management cycle.
- Understanding of the IT product development cycle.
- Ability to structure information, prioritize, and analyze data.
- Experience in business and system analysis.
- Experience with modeling notations: VAD, EPC, Archimate, BPMN 2.0, UML, IDEF, etc.
- Experience in documenting enterprise architecture (business processes, IT architecture, strategy, risks).
- Proficient in Confluence, JIRA, MS Office.
- Experience in preparing documentation and reports.
