A Middle-level Business Analyst position is open.
Responsibilities
- Development and updating of policies, methodological materials, templates, regulations, and process documentation
- Description and formalization of business processes in BPMN notation
- Preparation of technical specifications for the development team based on business requirements
- Coordination of technical specifications with developers, participation in the acceptance of implemented solutions
- Participation in projects together with the project management team
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst, methodologist, or technical writer
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and UML notations, experience with modeling tools (draw.io, Miro, Bizagi, Camunda, StormBPMN, Business Studio)
- Understanding of business process modeling principles, knowledge of BPM CBOK and BPMN Method and Style approaches
- Developed analytical and structural thinking, ability to consolidate scattered and incomplete information
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Capacity to consider the overall context of a task and adapt the approach
- Communication skills with stakeholders of various levels, ability to defend the interests of the process and the company, manage client expectations
