Responsibilities
- Development and updating of policies, methodological materials, templates, regulations, and process documentation.
- Description and formalization of business processes in BPMN notation.
- Preparation of technical specifications for the development team based on business requirements.
- Coordination of technical specifications with developers, participation in the acceptance of implemented solutions.
- Participation in projects together with the project management team.
Requirements
- Experience as a business analyst, methodologist, or technical writer from 1 to 3 years. .
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML, familiarity with modeling tools (draw.io, Miro, Bizagi, Camunda, StormBPMN, Business Studio).
- Readiness to work with a large volume of documentation: its development, structuring, formatting, and regular updating.
- Understanding of business process modeling principles. Knowledge of BPM CBOK and BPMN Method and Style will be an advantage.
- Developed analytical and structural thinking, ability to consolidate fragmented and incomplete information.
- Attention to detail, literate written language, and a desire to grow in working with business processes and documentation.
- Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication skills with stakeholders, willingness to clarify requirements and coordinate documentation.

Experience in consulting, IT, or fintech.
