We are looking for Regional Sales Managers (field sales) to join our awesome SPARK team (an international architectural company).
What's cool: • Salary after taxes: 4,000–5,000 € (fixed + bonuses). • Average deal size: 10,000–15,000 €. • Strictly B2B, only major players, only in-person meetings. • Support: scripts, negotiation structure, training, and mentorship. • No income ceiling — it all depends on your results.
Who we are looking for: • Location: Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, Izmir, Tashkent, Bucharest, Belgrade, Tbilisi, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Tel Aviv, Prague, Alicante, Cairo, Budapest, Lisbon, Minsk. We consider candidates who permanently reside in these cities and are ready for in-person meetings with developers. • B2B sales experience of 1+ year, confident in cold outreach. • Readiness for field sales — you live in the region and attend meetings with decision-makers. • Russian and English are mandatory; knowledge of the local language is also required.
What you will be doing: • Cold outreach to regional developers. • Scheduling and conducting in-person meetings with owners and directors. • Presenting architectural visualization and digital solutions. • Negotiations, follow-ups, and closing deals. • Building your own partner network.
