Author for the "Solution Architect" course

We are expanding our line of Architecture courses and are looking for authors who, together with methodologists, editors, and illustrators, will create content for a new product.
What does an author do?
- Creates materials for new courses in a team with other authors, methodologists, editors, illustrators, and the program's product managers.
- Writes lesson texts that maintain student interest in learning.
- Improves existing content based on feedback from students, support experts, and editors.
- Develops additional materials (simulators, checklists, tests, cheat sheets, quizzes) and test assignments to check knowledge.
- Suggests ideas on how to improve material assimilation.
What do we expect from you?
- 7+ years in IT, including 3+ years in a Solution Architect role.
- Participation in major transformational projects: implementation of out-of-the-box solutions, infrastructure migration (on-premises → cloud, hybrid), legacy replacement, building scalable and reliable architectures with dozens of integrations.
- Experience in designing microservice and modular solutions, familiarity with DDD.
- Experience in conducting GAP analysis and planning the transition from the current to the target state.
- Skills in applying trade-off analysis to justify technologies and architectural approaches.
- Experience in developing solutions considering business processes, goals, and the organization's strategy.
- Experience in selecting and applying integration patterns (sync/async, pub/sub, event-driven, orchestration vs choreography, etc.).
- Experience working with various integration tools: ESB, REST API, Kafka, MQ, ETL/ELT, iPaaS.
- Skills in gathering and aligning requirements with stakeholders.
- Skills in facilitating meetings and conducting dialogue with business, management, and tech teams.
- Skills in describing architecture for development teams and reasoned defense of solutions to clients and related departments.
- Knowledge of business architecture approaches: Business Capability Mapping, Value Stream Mapping.
- Experience using notations: C4, ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, IDEF0, EPC, ADR.
- Knowledge and application of enterprise architecture methodologies: TOGAF, DoDAF, Gartner-Meta, LEAF.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, information security principles.
