🔸 Position - L3 Engineer — an expert responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical incidents, including log analysis, system issues, interaction with development and DevOps teams, as well as participation in process and documentation improvement.

⚠️ Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering
- Experience in L2/L3 support or development role
- Understanding of the incident lifecycle and management processes
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and diagnostics systems
- Network protocols: HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS
- Experience with relational DBMS: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- REST API: understanding, testing (Postman, curl)
- Reading and analyzing logs (e.g., ELK, Splunk, Loki)
- Understanding of distributed systems architecture
- Experience with Kubernetes (desirable)
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Understanding of DevOps and SRE principles
- Knowledge of ITIL / Incident Management (desirable)
✅ Responsibilities:
- Analysis and resolution of complex technical incidents (3rd line support)
- Diagnostics of problems at the level of:
· logs (including stack traces)
· infrastructure (servers, network components, cloud services)
· user interface (UI)
- Reproduction and analysis of defects and deviations, participation in their correction
- Interaction with teams:
· development
· DevOps
· analytics
· L4 engineers from related teams (product)
- Preparation and updating of documentation and knowledge base
- Consulting L1/L2 engineers on complex cases
- Collection and analysis of metrics, participation in preventing recurring incidents
- Making proposals for process improvement
