Chief Legal Officer / Head of Legal — Global Remote Opportunity 🌍

One of my clients — a fast-growing international tech group — is looking for a Chief Legal Officer / Head of Legal to lead global legal strategy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

This is a senior remote role for a legal leader who thrives in international, fast-moving environments and wants to influence global operations at scale.

Key Focus Areas:

• Global legal strategy & risk management
• Regulatory compliance across multiple countries
• Intellectual property protection
• Corporate governance & financial reporting

Ideal Profile:

• 5+ years in a CLO / VP Legal role in international companies
• Fluent English (Russian a strong plus)
• Deep expertise in corporate, IP, employment & contract law
• Strategic mindset + hands-on leadership
