• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Comfortable taking initiative and leading technical decisions within a small, fast-paced team
• Based in or able to work substantial overlapping hours with Europe or the Americas (US/Canada) time zones
• Legally authorized to work in your country of residence
