The team specializes in developing an internal service for organizing the process and functionality for working with client agreements of the Global Markets Department (GMD): onboarding new clients, support processes: blocks, terminations, updates of versions, attributes, and financial product portfolios.
The key users of the service are the GMD sales division and Sber's back office. The system is the golden source for client agreement static data with a large number of data consumers.
In 2026-2027, the team faces the task of quickly designing the process and launching the functionality for working with agreements, as well as migrating historical client agreement data from legacy systems.
We work according to Agile (3-week sprints).
The product team consists of: system and business analysts, frontend and backend developers, QA, Delivery Lead, and Product Owner.
What you will do:
- conduct business analysis: work with user requests, research the As Is business process, design the To Be process, analyze the business meaning of agreement attributes
- manage tasks in Jira, prepare business requirements, coordinate with the client and master team, place process descriptions and implementations on the Confluence page
- support the data migration process: prepare user instructions, coordinate user and team work, work with data (if necessary)
- prepare documentation: coordinate the composition and issue service memos and orders for the launch of new functionality/processes.
We expect you to have:
- at least 1 year of experience in business analysis or business client support (middle/back office)
- understanding of the financial sector and FinTech: investment products, main market participants
- experience with Excel, Jira, Confluence.
Will be a plus:
- participation in projects with high security and data confidentiality requirements, experience with client data categories
- experience in Agile and cross-functional teams
- experience with generative AI models
