Chief Information Security Officer / CISO at EAPTEKA

Alongside the large-scale development of Wildberries' IT direction, Russ is developing information security. We solve complex and diverse tasks: from improving the security of each service to developing security within our entire infrastructure.

RWB is launching a large-scale initiative in EAPTEKA. We are looking for a strong leader for the CISO role – an experienced person with an engineering background to lead the information security of EAPTEKA. This is a key role in the implementation of a strategic initiative, including the implementation of Presidential Decree No. 250 and ensuring compliance with the requirements of Wildberries and regulators.

Your mission: Build an effective EAPTEKA information security function, ensure compliance with RWB and regulator requirements, and business security in the face of the modern threat landscape.

You will:

• Implement Presidential Decree No. 250 and ensure regulatory compliance;
• Participate in the development and implementation of EAPTEKA's information security strategy;
• Manage the internal team and coordination with RWB's core information security teams;
• Ensure transparent and understandable reporting for EAPTEKA management and RWB information security;
• Build turnkey protection processes, taking into account best practices.

• You have experience with security at the level of business processes, products, and IT infrastructure;
• You have skills in interacting with business and IT teams for effective solution implementation;
• You have knowledge of modern development technologies, including CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration;
• You have an understanding of current threats and the ability to assess risks, and experience in secure development;
• You have skills in threat modeling and risk analysis in modern IT systems.
