We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Developer to make significant technical contributions to our evolving SAP landscape. This role is pivotal in supporting our current SAP BW 7.5 on HANA environment and leading our transition to next-generation platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
Under the guidance of senior developers, the BW Developer works hand-in-hand with a multi-disciplinary IT expert team to deliver innovative digital solutions. They develop, optimize, implement, and support solutions leveraging best-in-class SAP BW/HANA technologies that power advanced analytics, reporting, and enterprise transformation.
As an Independent Contributor, you will deliver on key technical aspects and take work on major features within SAP and cloud projects, collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams, you will also possess the experience and technical depth required to independently implement and optimize complex SAP and cloud solutions:
Translate high-level solution designs into scalable, efficient SAP BW 7.5 on HANA developments. Deliver robust data models, transformations, and reporting solutions.
Support and optimize existing BW processes and data flows, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security across SAP and cloud platforms.
Contribute to the strategic migration to SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based platforms, applying new technologies such as SAP BDC, SAC, Databricks, and Azure data services.
Participate in agile development cycles and cross-functional project teams, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Learn and apply emerging SAP and cloud technologies to enhance solution capabilities and business outcomes.
3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BW 7.5 on HANA development, including data modeling, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
Demonstrated aptitude or experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAC, BTP, and cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Factory.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure architecture and services, and experience integrating SAP with cloud data platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently from high-level designs and deliver production-ready solutions.
Experience working in agile or hybrid project environments.
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA development.
