What to do: — Manage a team of 3+ product designers and a UX researcher — Be responsible for the design system in Figma: build, develop, scale — Personally design complex and priority product areas — Build processes: reviews, prioritization, handoff to development — Work in conjunction with the Head of Art/UX, PM, analysts, development

What we expect: — 5+ years in product/UX design — Figma at the level of: auto layout, tokens, variants, components — mandatory — Experience building a product design system — Experience managing a team of 3+ people — AI tools (Claude, Codex) — — English B1+ — Background in iGaming / gambling / fintech / CRM — ideal

Mandatory condition: the candidate is already located outside of RF/RB
