The main challenge in this position

— a built system that increases GMROI across the company and allows for effective decision-making based on annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily snapshots of key performance indicators.

The most important thing is to assemble a team and build an internal CRM system from scratch in a short time, based on existing working spreadsheets, and then constantly improve it.

What you will get

1. Income of 500,000 – 700,000 ₽ before taxes. The variable part will be agreed upon before the practical stage — the upper limit is tied to the scope of responsibility you take on.

4. Growth track: the first 2–3 months — development and implementation, after the results are approved — management of the company's management and planning system.

What we expect from you

• Personally wrote a significant part of the system that improved company performance, especially GMROI, with weekly and monthly cycles.
• Ready to understand current processes and build a system from scratch.
• You bring the application from data to launch yourself: database, server logic, interface, deployment, bug fixing.
• Understand the economics of goods and money: differentiate between orders, returns, cost price, margin, payouts, and money in the account.
• Will be a plus: WB and Ozon API, P&L and Cash Flow, demand and inventory forecasting, AI in development.
