Vacancy: Team Lead of Development Department (Node.js + React)

Responsibilities: • Leading a team of developers • Establishing development processes (code review, planning, retrospectives) • Designing architecture, key technical decisions, code quality and technical debt control • Developing new services and modules, integrations, scaling and performance optimization • Working with databases: complex queries, indexes, optimization • Supporting CI/CD, monitoring, managing incident response • Interacting with the product team

Our Stack and environment: • Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, GraphQL, tRPC, PostgreSQL + MongoDB, Docker + Kubernetes, Slack, Linear, GitHub, Cursor

Experience requirements: • Commercial Node.js experience from 8 years, confident TypeScript, React experience • Excellent understanding of SQL and NoSQL, experience with large databases • Confident Docker level, Kubernetes — understanding of stateless architecture and deployment in a cluster • Development team lead experience from 3 years • Experience in establishing processes and working with product teams using Agile/Scrum • Higher technical education
