My acquaintances are looking for two Project Managers for large IT projects in a manufacturing company.

📍 Location: Almaty Work format: full-time, primarily office / hybrid depending on the project.

1. Project Manager - ERP / Corporate Systems (Senior)

The main task is to manage the ERP Oracle rollout project: planning and budgeting, schedule and risk management, coordination of internal teams and an external system integrator, requirement control, UAT, acceptance, and handover to operations.

They are looking for a specialist with over 4 years of experience in IT project management, preferably with experience in ERP projects in large manufacturing companies. Experience interacting with finance, HR, procurement, and other corporate functions is important.

PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner certification, as well as experience with Oracle, will be a plus.

2. Project Manager - Cross-domain IT (Middle)

This role requires a versatile PM capable of simultaneously managing several projects from different areas: infrastructure, ERP, data/AI, product, and other IT projects.

Key responsibilities: managing projects from launch to completion, budgets, schedules, and risks; coordinating business, IT, and contractors; working with projects of various scales and maturity levels.

They are looking for a specialist with over 3 years of IT project management experience and experience in at least two different IT domains. Experience in manufacturing companies will be a significant advantage. English language proficiency - Intermediate or higher.
