🚀 Hiring senior tech and delivery professionals in the Baltics!

We have several opportunities to work on banking and payments systems, complex integrations and regulatory initiatives.

📍 Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania 🏢 Hybrid: 3 days in the office are mandatory 🗓 Start: ASAP 🤝 Long-term engagement, initially through the end of 2027, with potential extension

Open roles:

🔹 Java Software Engineers — 7 openings Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Camunda or similar workflow engines, REST APIs, SQL and microservices.

🔹 Automation QA Engineers — 5 openings API and integration testing, test automation frameworks and CI/CD. Hands-on banking payments experience is required.

🔹 Business System Analysts — Payments — 3 openings Strong technical analysis, requirements engineering, API documentation, data flows and system integrations.

🔹 Application Data Steward Expert SQL skills, data governance, metadata, data quality and hands-on banking payments expertise.

🔹 Team Lead / Agile Product Owner Agile delivery leadership, cross-functional team coordination, prioritisation and stakeholder management.

🔹 Tech Lead — Payments Java architecture, Kafka, event-driven systems, APIs, orchestration and Azure, combined with financial services and payments experience.

We’re looking for experienced professionals who can take ownership, solve complex problems and support their teams. Typical experience: 7–10 years for most roles and 10–15 years for the Tech Lead.
