💼 Chief Product Officer (CPO) | Forex Trading Platform | Remote We are looking for a CPO to lead the product strategy of our forex trading platform from vision to feature launch.

🔹 What you will do:

Define the long-term product strategy and market positioning Manage the roadmap: prioritization, phasing, balancing quick wins and long-term goals Own UX on web and mobile — from onboarding to the trading terminal Work with KPIs: user acquisition, retention, trading volume, conversion Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements (ESMA, CFTC, FCA) Design monetization: commissions, tariff plans, premium features Build and develop a team of product managers

🔹 What we are looking for:

8+ years in product management, with 3+ years in fintech or trading platforms Experience launching financial products with real results Understanding of forex market mechanics and trader psychology Experience working with regulators (FCA, CFTC, ESMA — advantage) Confident work with analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar MBA or equivalent business background — plus

🔹 Will be an advantage:

Experience in Interactive Brokers, eToro, OANDA or similar platforms Understanding of API and product infrastructure Knowledge of crypto trading Experience with mobile-first financial applications
