Head of Compliance

📍__Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare| Moscow (hybrid)__

Key Responsibilities

• Management of compliance risks: identification, assessment, control procedures
• Assessment of sanctions risks and Counterparty Due Diligence
• Development and updating of internal policies and procedures
• Monitoring of legislation (including in the field of medicinal products circulation)
• Internal investigations, conflicts of interest, hotline
• Conducting compliance training
• Management of a distributed team (3 experts)

Requirements

• Higher legal education
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, 2+ years of management experience
• Knowledge: sanctions legislation, AML/CFT, anti-corruption law, antitrust legislation
• Experience with ISO 37001, ISO 37301, FCPA, UK Bribery Act
• Experience in Due Diligence and internal investigations
• Experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare – an advantage
• English B2+
