Key responsibilities:

• Development, implementation, and interpretation of business ethics standards in Russia, in accordance with the corporate Code of Business Conduct
• Organization of the training process on the corporate Code of Business Conduct, policies, and procedures for all employees of the companies in Russia
• Organization of the process for reviewing and investigating cases of violations of policies, procedures, and provisions of the Code of Business Conduct.
• Identification of the need for consultations on company ethics compliance for various departments of the company in Russia.
• Organization of the work of local ethics and standards committees in Russia, control over the implementation of decisions made by the committee, if necessary.
• Effective cross-functional interaction with various company functions

Profile of a successful candidate:

• Higher education (Law, Economics, Finance)
• Additional education or certificates are welcome
• At least 7 years of experience in compliance
• Experience in team leadership of at least 1 year
• Desirable experience in healthcare, medicine, pharmaceuticals
• Skills in building open and trusting relationships with management, industry knowledge (pharma, medical devices, diagnostics, infant nutrition), participation in professional associations (IMEDA, AIPM).
• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
