We are announcing a competition for the position of Director of Corporate Ethics / OEC Director (fixed-term employment contract for the duration of the main employee's absence) to fill the vacant position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Development, implementation, and interpretation of business ethics standards in Russia, in accordance with the Corporate Code of Business Conduct.

• Organization of training on the Corporate Code of Business Conduct, policies, and procedures for all employees of companies in Russia.

• Organization of the process for reviewing and investigating cases of violation of policies, procedures, and provisions of the Code of Business Conduct.

• Identifying the need for consultations on compliance with company ethical standards in various divisions of the company in Russia.

• Organization of the work of local ethics and standards committees in Russia, monitoring the implementation of decisions made by the committee when necessary.

• Effective cross-functional interaction with various company functions. Successful Candidate Profile :

• Higher education (law, economics, finance).

• Additional education or certifications are welcome.

• At least 7 years of experience in compliance.

• Leadership experience of a team of 1 year or more.

• Experience in healthcare, medicine, pharmaceuticals is desirable.

• Skills in building open and trusting relationships with management, knowledge of the industry (pharma, medical devices, diagnostics, baby food), participation in professional associations (IMEDA, AIPM).
