For the pharmaceutical company ABBA RUS, we are seeking a Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve planned sales, profit (P&L), and market share targets. Ensure sustainable business growth.
- Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy, expanding the portfolio in key segments and therapeutic areas.
- Formulate the budget (sales, marketing).
- Define sales channels, strengthen relationships with key partners (distributors, leading healthcare institutions, KOLs), and seek new growth opportunities.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs.
- Adapt global marketing strategies to local conditions.
- Ensure effective new product launches.
- Ensure the representative office's activities comply with Uzbekistan's pharmaceutical legislation, and international and internal company compliance standards.
- Effectively interact with regulatory authorities.
- Control the budget, financial reporting, and manage accounts receivable.
- Manage pricing, optimize commercial expenses.
- Manage personnel. Form an effective organizational structure, motivate and develop the team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education (pharmaceutical, medical, economic, management).
- Mandatory requirement: at least 7 years of experience in commercial management within a pharmaceutical company.
- Experience in P&L management and achieving commercial results.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical market development principles (Uzbekistan and CIS countries are an advantage).
- Systems thinking, analytical skills, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Experience in building and motivating high-performance teams. Strong leadership qualities.
- Fluent in Russian. Knowledge of Uzbek and English will be a significant advantage.
