In Solar, we are looking for a Head of Corporate Culture Development Projects who will be responsible for building and developing the internal communications system.
This role is for a pure internal communications specialist, ready not only to manage processes but also to independently lead large-scale projects from idea to implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: independently lead large-scale projects for corporate culture development and internal communications (from concept to implementation and effectiveness evaluation).
- Surveys: build a system for regular assessment of team "health", cross-functional interaction assessment, and assessment of internal employee services using various tools (research, pulse surveys). Conduct in-depth analysis of results, build hypotheses, identify correlations with other performance indicators, and prepare detailed reports and improvement suggestions.
- Content Creation: write and edit texts for corporate channels (articles, news, newsletters, event scripts). You know how to write in a lively, clear, and engaging way for employees.
- Process Automation: search for, implement, and support tools for automating internal communications (bots, platforms, newsletters, knowledge bases). Experience with actual automation is your main advantage.
- Work Optimization: search for and implement tools for effective management of a large volume of tasks and adherence to deadlines under high workload.
- Analytics: collect feedback, analyze the effectiveness of communication channels and projects, and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in internal communications for at least 3 years. Successful cases of organizing and conducting projects specifically in the internal communications field.
- Understanding of automation tools (experience in their implementation and use).
- Experience conducting surveys and in-depth analysis of the obtained data.
- Excellent copywriting skills. You love and know how to write texts that people read.
- Ability to independently manage large projects "hands-on", without constant supervision from management. Experience working with a large volume of tasks.
- Love for AI tools: willingness to use them in your work.
- High self-organization, proactivity, stress resistance, and result-orientation.
