The integrator and developer of IB solutions Solar (Rostelecom Group) is looking for a Press Secretary.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a continuous process of interaction with the media and blogosphere to form a loyal media pool and increase the brand's media presence;
• Analyzing the information agenda on information security, the company's PR activities, and competitors' activities to propose topics and ideas for promoting the company and its executives. Proposing infopoints and topics for articles, press releases, and analytical reports, posts;
• Studying media plans for special issues and own events to implement joint media projects;
• Interacting with employees of content areas of the PR service to support their activities and ensure maximum reach for information points initiated by the company;
• Forming and developing a loyalty program for the media;
• Developing events for the press to maintain contact with the company, and increase their literacy regarding the industry and its topics;
• Creating partnerships and collaborations with media and bloggers within the framework of the company's own major events;
• Inviting journalists to events and accreditation;
• Implementing a commentary program;
• Managing a Telegram channel for the media;
• Preparing and updating basic content (basic Q&A, theses, writing materials);
• Monitoring and updating communication policies and standards;
• Maintaining and developing a database of media and influencers;
• Preparing press materials (comments, announcements of press events, etc.);
• Short-term and long-term media planning, coordinating the infopoint plan on a weekly basis;
• Participating in crisis communications;
• Participating in procurement procedures related to commercial media activities, maintaining relevant documentation;
• Fulfilling other instructions from the direct supervisor related to the professional activities of the position held.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT or IB is desirable;
• Ability to understand a complex technical topic and write about it simply;
• Proficient Russian language;
• Ability to analyze technical information and quickly identify key infopoints for the media, draw conclusions, and concisely convey the essence of messages;
• Good knowledge of Russian media, possession of own journalist databases;
• Proactive position – readiness to recommend and propose the most effective solutions;
• Creativity and an unconventional approach to promoting infopoints;
• Accuracy, attention to detail;
