MTS is looking for a Head of PR [Red Security].
RED Security is an open ecosystem of cybersecurity solutions and expertise for comprehensive business protection. The portfolio includes a wide range of services for companies with medium and advanced IT development levels: from threat analysis to the integration of cybersecurity solutions of varying complexity.
They are looking for a Head of PR who will transform the technological and expert strength of RED Security into a noticeable, understandable communication agenda for the market. This role is for someone who knows how to work with strategy, media, complex products, data, and the company's top executives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the RED Security communication strategy: corporate, product, and expert.
- Develop the agenda around business cyber resilience, SOC, managed services, infrastructure protection, applications and users, consulting, and integration projects.
- Support the launch of services, technological integrations, partnerships, and key company initiatives.
- Transform SOC data, cyber threat research, expertise, and client cases into strong news leads for the market.
- Perform press office functions: media planning, news, comments, interviews, articles, research, case studies, and special projects.
- Develop relationships with business, technology, and industry media, authors of specialized Telegram channels, analysts, and organizers of industry events.
- Work with company executives and experts: build a pool of speakers, find topics, prepare them for public speaking, and enhance their presence in the information field.
- Manage reputational risks and crisis communications, promptly respond to market events.
- Lead a team and external contractors, manage the budget, set KPIs, and be responsible for results.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least five years of PR experience.
- Experience in B2B IT, cybersecurity, telecom, or another technologically complex industry.
- Proven experience in building and implementing communication strategies, product launches, and reputation campaigns.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical details and explain them in the language of business, media, and the professional community.
- Strong relationships with federal business, IT, and industry media.
- Experience working with research, analytics, expert content, case studies, and situational news leads.
- Skills in crisis communications and reputational risk management.
- Excellent Russian language skills, strong editorial skills, and experience working with top executives.
- Independence, high pace, and the ability to build effective interaction with product, marketing, sales, and technical teams.
