- Developing and implementing a program of corporate events and activities as part of the overall engagement strategy (sports, educational, social, team-building formats, including volunteer projects and humanitarian missions).
- Participating in the design and development of an adaptation and onboarding system that ensures the immersion of new employees into the organization's values, traditions, and practices. Forming and supporting a community of ambassadors, opinion leaders, and internal trainers as culture carriers.
- Building an internal communications strategy that ensures the translation of the organization's values, meanings, and key messages. Developing internal communication channels, implementing feedback tools, and analyzing their effectiveness.
- Conducting regular employee engagement and satisfaction surveys (eNPS, pulse surveys, focus groups). Analyzing the obtained data, preparing recommendations for management, and initiating changes based on feedback.
- Developing and implementing a system of non-material motivation and recognition of achievements, ensuring a link between the manifestation of values, employee contributions, and rewards.
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, internal communications, or corporate culture.
- Successful experience in implementing corporate culture development projects, including integrating values into HR processes, launching engagement programs, and internal communications.

- Experience in building an internal communications strategy: channel management, content planning, tone, and effectiveness analytics.
- Experience in conducting engagement and satisfaction surveys (eNPS, pulse surveys, focus groups, 360°) with subsequent analysis and implementation of changes based on the results.
- Systems thinking: the ability to see culture not as a set of activities, but as an interconnected system.
- Initiative: experience in proposing and implementing management initiatives (from idea to implementation and effectiveness assessment).
