Systems / Business Analyst (fintech, payments, microloans)

Requirements: Experience as an analyst in a bank, MFI, processing company, or fintech project. Knowledge of the payment and microloan lifecycle at the level of processes and integrations. Confident work with APIs and intersystem integrations. Skill in preparing specifications, roadmaps, BPMN/UML/C4 diagrams. Systems thinking and the ability to negotiate with different teams. Will be a plus: Experience in large integration projects or launching financial products, including credit and microloan products. English for reading technical documentation.
